Marc Hutto
Founder and Managing Principal
Marc, Reveal's founder and visionary, provides strategic executive leadership and direction for our firm. Prior to launching Reveal, Marc spent 15 years in recruiting and sourcing at Wachovia Corporation where he mastered many roles including Staffing Specialist, Internal Executive Search Consultant, Human Resources Team Leader, and Recruiting Manager. During his last six years at Wachovia, Marc served as the Sourcing Solutions Director, SVP, where he designed, built, and directed a centralized, 55-person research and sourcing team supporting multiple Wachovia business units.
His career also includes recruiting at Deloitte & Touche, and he's a member of the International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment (IACPR) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, he co-founded the Thought Leadership Institute which invites recruitment leaders to discuss industry issues and exchange ideas. Marc holds his bachelor's degree in Communications/Psychology from Winthrop University.

Tim Pedlar
Practice Leader EMEA & APAC
Tim began his career in Australia selling cross functional recruitment services for a global Recruitment organization and he has recruited in many parts of the world including the US, the UK, most of Western Europe, Russia, Sub Saharan Africa, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia and is now based in London in the United Kingdom.
Tim has experience in three distinct recruitment and talent acquisition spheres having served in agency, RPO/ MSP and in-house roles over the years. Given Tim’s global experience and the fact that he’s been a buyer of recruitment research in one of the world’s largest corporations, he understands what delights Reveal’s clients. This combined experience has prepared Tim for the natural next step of supporting Reveal’s clients and their intelligence and passive candidate generation requirements.
Tim’s focus with Reveal in EMEA & APAC primarily consists of –

Marla Allen
Leadership and Development – SEEKR, C.O.R.E, Performance Coaching
Marla brings energy and enthusiasm to her role at Reveal Global Intelligence as a business strategy and implementation leader, master trainer and works as both a consultant and organizational effectiveness coach. She has a passion for “maximizing people, potential, performance, and profit”. With her experience, Marla helps move individuals and organizations from analytics to action that foster improved bottom line results.
She has created and managed enterprise learning platforms in large sales and service organizations. Her methods help transform managers into leaders, unite teams, and improve engagement through a unique combination of leadership, communication, commitment and trust.
Marla has over 20 years of broad based executive human resources and organizational development experience. Prior to joining Reveal, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Customer Service Call Center Operations for Portrait Corporation of America, Inc. At the time, Portrait Corporation of America, Inc. operated over 2400 portrait studios within Wal-Mart. Additionally, she managed the Customer Service relationship with Wal-Mart Corporate in Bentonville, AR.
Marla earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University and her dual Master of Arts Degree from Webster University in the fields of Human Resources Development and Management.
